凡人遇到不順心的問題時,會生氣,該怎麼辦?

上人:應該把握自己,及時反省。生氣是對自己的失責,徒然自我消耗精神體力罷了,這是內在的破壞力量,擾亂了心性,也失去了解決問題的慧力。人生要達到“定”的境界,既要面對現實,又要不讓現實影響我們心的澄寧。

 

When people encounter problems or events that do not go as they wish, they get angry.What should they do?

The Master said,"You should take a hold of yourself and self-reflect.Getting angry is losing responsibility of yourself, suddently exhausting your body's physical and mental energy. This is an inner force of destruction that confuses the mind and misplaces the power of wisdom that is able to solve problems. Achieve the state of samadhi and face reality. Do not let reality influence your mind's clarity and peace."
